AHHH BATS zombie squirrels are after the blood of hootie owls

It's the SpOoKiEsT time of the year and I am here to show you what's going on in the china cabinet.
It's gruesome, Gory and just plain SICK!

Inside the cabinet is a ferocious Rabie ridden squirrel and he is trying to turn the owl into a zombie too!
Okay in all seriousness that is not what's actually happening....

I bought the owl for $7 at Home sense. I had been eyeing this owl for a couple weeks and I finally broke down. He actually gets along with my nut holding squirrel quite well.

Tea time & Show and tell

*Apple tea is delicious*
Have you ever accidentally posted your blog post before you were even near finished? Well it just happened to me for the second time. And I will tell you what, doing that always makes me super anxious. *lol* (I start freaking out thinking) "omg omg what do I do ahhh hurry fix it"

So here is the secret item I was holding whilst caped in the wilderness. One person guessed right to what it was. It is a 60's picnic set!

I have been wanting a Picnic ball for awhile now and whenever I came across them I thought they were over-priced. But guess what? This one was sitting on the shelf with a price tag of $2.50 *SCREAM* I grabbed the handle so fast thank God it was all put together right or I could have flung plastic dishes all around the whole isle in my happiness. The set is missing one item (a cup) I won't worry much about it right now as 5 seems like plenty.

*Men's vintage hat*
$0.99

*Inside of hat*

*Funky Faux Fur*

$3.00

~Story time~

I see this hat on a shelf in a thrift on Sunday afternoon. I dashed towards it as.. well it is rather unique. Thinking it was quite nifty I picked it up and went looking for Mr. Coco. Once I found him I said "Look at this hat isn't it cool?"

He said: "It looks like a POO" *Laughter ensues* "No! (I reply back) It's ribbed for her pleasure!!! *More laughter ensues*

So then I wasn't even gonna get the damn thing since Mr. Coco said it looked like Poo. But when it was almost time to leave I just NEEDED to try it on.. He was with me when I did and then said: "Well it looks nice on"
I really don't know.. But I did not wanna leave it behind.

What do you think? *laugh*

*Ceramic pomander Ball*
$0.50

Blanket folded together so you can see all the pics
*Adorable embroidered baby blanket for future Coconut babies*

Just found this today (Was hidden within a shelf full of Afghans)

SCORE!

*Unfolded*

*BEAVER*
&
*Kitten* (It may seem odd I chose those two animals to show up close.. It was not intentional.. I am just starting to realize the weirdness over it right now. And that is why the animal above is being called a kitten.)
*lol* Gorgeous green dress
$1.00

(This dress does not fit me, if it had I would have totally wore it for FOF)

*Tear*

Sexy Garter (Which is so flipping tiny I have not a clue who would have owned it. )
BUT.. I stuffed it in a bag sale and will sell it in the future.

*Look at the sparkly Ric Rac*

And the brand engraved clips
(It really is too darn sweet)

Now we will go from HOT to cold with these Snowbelle winter boots I found.

They had a $5.00 price tag and are in excellent condition.
Maybe they will look nice with my white furry ball hat I found last week.

(Am not even gonna say.. what it is)
"He called out to me from a huge pile of unwanted stuffed fuzzies"

He has a tag on him that says his names "SKIPPER" and the company that made him is called Maplefootedbabies. *heheh*

*Shhh now... don't tell anyone I was here, or my where-a-bouts, what I bought or my recipe for chocolate chip mint cookies*
*Disappears into a thick fog*

Great Garage Grabs

Four or so months back I was in a little thrift and came upon a Asian looking male wood doll. My guy has a thing for Japanese stuff so I purchased it for $1 for him. After a little research I came to know the doll I purchased him was called a Kokeshi. He liked my gift and weeks later he came across another male kokeshi it was about for or 5 inches smaller but just as nice. Well on the weekend I spotted this girl. She was .25 cents! Isn't she cute! Now she is part of his little collection. I imagine there will be more to come.

Mesh metal heart necklace .50 cents

Velvet jewelry box $1

Green dish OoOOo so lovely!! $1

Metal zigzag box and ric rac $1.50

(Not vintage but cost a mere .50 cents) I think I will eventually E-bay this one I would squish myself to bag trying to get into this!!

This Calvin Klein handbag still had the remnants of a store tag on it. It was brand new and I paid $4 for it. The lady I bought it from said as I was walking away. "YOU GOT YOURSELF A GOOD DEAL" heheh yea I think I did. I love the size of this big shiny bag! I am also not the type of person that can just drop hundreds on handbags. I think the most I would want to spend is around $30 so this find made me HAPPY!

What a cute idea (Storage for your bulbs and seeds) I bought green enameled box for $4.. looks like I saved myself a 20

Cute vintage silver dress $1

I am lovin this nightie.. although I would wear it as a dress with another white slip under it. $1.50

Cute and bright (A Windsor dress) complete with original tags.

I came across this dress two weeks ago. It actually had a sewing pin in it which pricked me *ouch* The dress was priced at 10.00 because its VINTAGE... Apparently my Salvation army has now started marking vintage items as "vintage" and marking up the prices. They never did this until the past couple weeks. *sigh* (I might have to move to another city soon) hahaha

Anyhow a week later which was this past weekend they were having a dollar clothing sale. I ran to where I left the 10 dollar dress and it was still there! WOOO! So I paid $1

I love these hats! 50 cents

I purchased two strings of these patio lights last year saling. It was the tale end of summer so I saved them to put up this year. I will show you my light stringed patio when I am finished some re-arranging of the patio. I am keeping my eye out for more... no luck yet. But I suppose I have a couple months left.

~Bye for now~
